How do I confirm my desert safari booking?
Once you submit your booking request, our team will contact you within 2 hours via email or WhatsApp to confirm your reservation and share payment details. Your booking is only confirmed after you receive a written confirmation from us.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the safari date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be rescheduled at no extra charge, subject to availability. No-shows are non-refundable. If we cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or a complimentary rescheduled date.
Is desert safari suitable during UAE summer months?
Yes, we operate year-round. During summer (June–September), safaris depart a little later in the afternoon. The camp itself is open-air with fans and shaded seating, and the evening temperature is significantly more pleasant than the daytime heat.
Can you accommodate large groups and corporate events?
Absolutely. We regularly host corporate outings, team-building events, product launches, and group tours for up to 300+ guests. We offer fully customized setups with branding, dedicated areas, and event-specific programming. Please contact us directly for group quotes.
Is alcohol served at the desert camp?
In accordance with UAE cultural norms, our standard desert camp is alcohol-free. Soft drinks, fresh juices, water, Arabic coffee, and non-alcoholic mocktails are available throughout the evening, all included in your package price.
What happens if there is a sandstorm or bad weather?
If weather conditions make the safari unsafe, we will notify you at least 2 hours before departure and offer a full refund or complimentary rebooking at no charge. Your safety always comes first.
Are there age or weight restrictions for dune bashing?
Children under 4 should not participate in dune bashing. There is no upper age limit, but we ask that all guests disclose any serious health conditions at the time of booking so we can accommodate them properly.
